At Tom Warren’s Portrait Studio exhibition at ABC No Rio neighborhood residents could purchase photographic portraits for one dollar.    The resulting exhibition of blow ups photographs made from the Polaroid negatives showed the people of the Lower East Side as they wanted to be viewed.
