The top of this drawing shows the assembly process for the camera. The bottom third of the drawing shows the process to create the viewing screen mold followed by the assembly process for the viewing screen itself.
Under pressure to complete a working model of the CrystalChrome Camera before the end of 1985, de Montebello simplified the process first in January and then more radically in March.
