Darryl Turner recalls that this poster consisted solely of the words ‘POST NO BILLS’ blown-up on a xerox machine until it filled up the entire space and you could see white dots in the black letters.  It was a conceptual art piece that was meant to be humorous:  posting a “bill” that says “Post No Bills.”
