In the early 1980s, Glier explored his “resentment towards the social expectation of what a man should be” in a series of expressionistic drawings and paintings that he entitled “White Male Power.” He selected some of the best images from the series for this self-published portfolio of 10 black and white posters sold at the Colab Gift and Souvenir Shop at the Ritz Project in Washington DC in 1983.
